How to get Vietnam visa on arrival in Japan

4. Get visa stamp and collect your visa at arrival airport


Please prepare documents required for stamping process: visa approval letter, orginal passport, passport-sized photo, entry and exit form, stamping fee (USD 45 for single entry, USD 65 for 1 month multiple entry, USD 95 for 3 month multiple entry). The process may be quick or long depending on the number of foreigners getting visa stamp at that time. If you hate wating after a long flight, stamping assistance service is advisable.

Since the date you submit the form to the date you get visa approval letter, we will send you 3 emails to confirm your Vietnam visa application, notify the delivery date of visa approval letter and provide visa approval letter.
