Vietnam visa on arrival for Korean

Under visa exemption rule, South Korean passport holders are allowed to enter Vietnam without a visa for a period of up to 15 days. Vietnam visa on arrival is visa picked up at airport. It is issued by Vietnam Immigration Department and recognized by IATA (Internation Air Traffic Association). This also indicates that only Korean citizens who enter Vietnam by air are eligible to apply for visa on arrival.

The process to obtain Vietnam visa on arrival includes 2 stages:

1. Get visa approval letter:the required document for you to get on board and get visa stamp at stage 2.

- Pay visa service fee through online payment gateway
- Receive visa approval letter with entry and exit form via email within 2 working days.

2. Get visa stamp at arrival airport

After landing, you should quickly go straight to the Immigration Area and perform procedure to get visa visa stamp onto your passport. The stamping process at arrival airport requires the following documents: visa approval letter, entry and exit form, origin passport, one passport-sized photo and stamping fee (USD 45 for single entry, USD 65 for 1 month multiple entry, USD 95 for 3 month multiple entry).
