Before applying

- Don't forget that Vietnam visa on arrival is only applicable for visitors who enter Vietnam by AIR
- Make sure that your passport validity remains for at least 6 months

When applying

- Double check the Vietnam visa application form before submitting to avoid unexpected problems
- Check your email regularly everyday to receive the update information about your visa process. If you do not get our first confirmation email after applying, there are possibilities that you provided us the wrong email address or our email was sent directly to your spam folder.

After receiving visa approval letter

- Check the information on visa approval letter. If you  find any errors, plese notify us immediately
- Prin the approval letter out and bring it along when getting on board
- Complete the entry and exit form
- Prepare one latest passport-sized photo

At the airport

- Quickly head to Immigration Area and submit required documents: origin passport, visa approval letter, entry and exit form, passport photo and stamping fee (in cash) to Immigration Officer to get visa stamp.
