-  Arrive Vietnam by air
-  Hold a valid passport
-  Depart from outside mainland China (Reason: Vietnam visa approval letter for Chinese is not accepted by China airlines)

Note: Non-Chinese citizens are still able to enter Vietnam from mainland China

- Apply online by filling out the form electronically

- Pay the visa service fee through online payment gateway

- Receive visa approval letter by email within 2 working days

- Get visa stamp and pick up visa at arrival airport

Express service:

- Urgent: receive visa approval letter within 1 working day
- Super-urgent: receive visa approval letter within 4 working hours
- 1 working hour: receive visa approval letter within 1 working hour.
